Polka Roo!

I blinked and you all missed it =)

I've been fighting the stomach flu for nearly 3 weeks now. I'm fianlly better.  That means that I've not been posting - as life is just hectic because of the illness.

Timely though it was - how is an illness timely you ask?  Juggling 3 classes at school, a full time job, and a volunteer commitment, time with le man, and family, and all of those errands that don't do themselves makes my life ridiculous right now.  The illness meant I was home for a week, with nothing to do but...handle it....and work on the readings and school projects I had to do.  So, the illness took me out of the family and friends thing, forced me to stay home from work, meant I couldn't volunteer, and had to concentrate on getting better and working on my school stuff.  Yep.  Timely.

I have an exam coming up on Monday.  I wrote one two Fridays ago, and I now have 38 days until I've completed all the components of this semester at school, and fingers crossed passed it all to graduate.

That's gonna be a whirlwind of things.

I'm a little behind on my debt repayments, however, I am now only owing $19,000 on this sucker.

Illnesses tend to cause additional spending to help you get better.  Given what I went through with this one, I'm not overly upset about things.  With 38 days left to concentrate on school and 8 months left to concentrate on debt, not to mention the promise of better weather in a few months, I'll be switching from driving to sweating to work every day.

Lots of things coming in the next 38 days.  And lots more on the horizon after that.

London Ladies - would any of you like to meet up for the Women's Show on Sunday march 24th?  Gail will be there.  http://womenslifestyle.ca/ Here's the link.  It'll cost ya a $10 bill.  She's more than worth that and from what I can see, there will be plenty of things to see and do there!

It'll be my treat to myself to enjoy an afternoon there to listen to Gail.  For me it's like going to church, or Oprah.

Drop me line - Eboo I know you'll be there!  Carla is that open on your schedule?  Wanna go with me?  Jane?  What do you think?  Others in the London or KW area that would like to go and want to car pool, drop me a line!

I"ll be doing a few updates on those side bars...soon-ish I think.  So busy, so much to study!
