An Update on my January Goal

Hi All!  How is everyone doing?

My hope is that you are all marching with purpose towards your respective goal!

A little update on my physical health goal for the month of January.  I set a goal to lose 10 pounds this month.  I am happy to report, that as of this morning, my mid-month weigh-in, I have lost 5 pounds!

I have 15 days and a schedule still to go.  I am definitely on track to meeting my goal!

Today's post will be short and sweet, as that's all I've got for you right now. 

I have scheduled some time with myself tomorrow to finalize the January Finance portion of my journey and to get it rolling in the right direction.

  1. I'm doing good, need to eat more food however... and drink more water some days too!

  2. Great! Those are some important items to work on . Water helps the body flush all that gunk away =D I'm never without a bottle of it, but didn't start that way. it's a slow process to getting in enough for your body. You'll get there! The pyramids were not built in a day =D
