So far this is a landing page for me to start the health aspect of life.

Taken starting weight.  Curling 4 nights a week for the next 14 weeks.  Set up small workouts moving forward.

Health - in all it's facets - is an ongoing improvement.

Financial health plan is in full effect.  Curling is keeping me going physically for now.  The winter months around here have brought crazy unpredictable weather.
